I didn't think we ran that fast, but I was breathing really really hard right out of the chute. I made J slow down and then paused and then felt like I was barely putting one foot in front of the other. But we did an outdoor run, which we haven't done in a long time!

Oh and let's not forget the 45 bent-arm pushups Oprah made me do last night. My pecs certainly haven't forgotten!
