I stopped a couple of times, but it was seriously easier since being off the drug. Breathing, in particular.

(And this was the last thing I wanted to do tonight; I was on my feet all day at a conference and they feel a bit blistery. Just had to do it to get back into it after a week of no exercise.)

My legs felt like lead on the treadmill. I'm only pushing it since I know there are probably 6 days here coming up that I won't have a chance to work out.

Outdoor run on a track:
~ 4 miles total

J and I went to calibrate our iSweats and ended up so confused about how the lines on the track work. Total distance was probably about 4 miles, give or take and that was with multiple stops to fiddle with the thing. It was fun though!
