I am apparently the person they use to uncalibrate the NikePlus system. I'm splitting the difference and going with a pace of 7.0 mph. It was really windy.

I only stopped once, well, twice, if you count the stoplight. My body is accustomed to a rest at 20 minutes. :)

Did I mention it was 108 today? As I drove home from the gym, a sign said it was still 98 degrees. I was still soggy when I got home, a half hour later.

for what it's worth, my average HR says 141, but when i left the house it said my HR was 42.
a much better run, i only stopped once at ~21 minutes; i just kept setting new goals (reach that street, finish this song) and let myself go as slow as i wanted, telling myself i could stop any time. did i mention the gigantic hill i have to walk up at the end of every run, with the absolute steepest part right at the end, no exaggeration.
