I did the jogging level for the first 7 minutes, then bumped up to running level 1.

As Grace said, that was a hard workout. It didn't leave me with much for the elliptical.

The Nike thing said I did 3.89 miles, but I think it was less. It was a hard workout, the last push to the 7/8 felt that hard in the heat but I'm sure I wasn't running much faster at that point than the 5/6 phase. Still, it felt good and was definitely a challenge to my normal steady-state runs.

Dripping with sweat. I used the upper range of the jogging on this one and pushed the speed at the end. That left very little energy for the bike part, but I did keep the heart rate up.

Wow, that's a fast one. I started out as a jogger for the first 8-9 minutes, then switched it up to runner, level 1. It felt good but the recoveries were still pretty fast!

Somehow, I finished this one today. I did go pretty easy on the elliptical and used only the slowest jogging speeds but still, this was long and hard, but good. LOTS of sweat.

We pushed a little hard in the first half, at least to me it seemed like we did. Then as I slowed, a girl in a yoga shirt and her bf started to pass us and I couldn't let that happen. If she looked like a real runner, I have no problem with her passing. A yoga shirt? Nah. So it was faster than I might have preferred but good nonetheless.

We told ourselves we weren't going to work out this morning so the morning was a slow lazy treat. Then we convinced ourselves to run since it was all gray and overcast. The goal was a 40 minute run, regardless of distance.
