April recap

12 workouts, same as for March. I had excuses for why March was low, I have excuses for why April was low. I just need to get off my butt and go more frequently. But a high note was the 10K with J.

4/30/06

Treadmill: 15 minutes total:
2.0% incline
3 min at 6mph, then alternating 1 minute intervals of 6 mph/7.2 mph
1.65 miles

Elliptical: 35 minutes

Average HR:160

Elliptical: 37 minutes cross-training intervals

no HR monitor, but very sweaty!

Recumbent bike: 15 minutes
Treadmill: 10 minutes
Elliptical: 15 minutes
Average HR: 146 (WAAAAAAY low for me)

The bike kicks my ass. I cannot maintain a heartrate, guess I'm really not used to it. I had to wait for each machine so this was kinda a short workout.
