4/27/06

Hotel gym workout
Recumbent bike: 15 minutes
Treadmill: 10 minutes
Elliptical: 15 minutes
Average HR: 146 (WAAAAAAY low for me)

The bike kicks my ass. I cannot maintain a heartrate, guess I'm really not used to it. I had to wait for each machine so this was kinda a short workout.
