Treadmill: 2.0% incline, 20 minutes, 2.21 miles
Elliptical: 30 minutes

A better workout. I think I just have to realize that I need to go a bit slower and build back up. It feels like I've never run before.

yup, just get back into it like you're starting over. really feel what our body is telling you rather than what you've done in the past.
