1/12/07

Treadmill:
did a 20 minute iTrain program, which really is only 18 minutes. Then I added 12 minutes of running from 6.0-7.1 mph at 1.0% incline.

Treadclimber:
10 minutes, working to maintain a HR of ~160.

Oh and let's not forget the 45 bent-arm pushups Oprah made me do last night. My pecs certainly haven't forgotten!
