2/10/06

Treadmill: 3.5% incline, 25 minutes, I forget the mileage.
Elliptical: 15 minutes
Recumbent bike: 4 minutes
This was not a good workout day. The HR monitor went a little nuts after about 15 minutes and started reading half the rate. I think the average was ~164, maybe. And I was hungry as I was driving to the gym so I think I just ran out of steam. But at least I went, a bad workout's better than no workout, right?

I hate those workouts...the ones where you feel like you're just so blah. Ugh.

But yes, a bad workout is better than no workout.

Good work. Hopefully your next workout will be a good one. How could it not be?
