Treadmill: 30 minutes, varied hill using cardio program, unknown distance
Elliptical: 20 minutes
Average HR: somewhat unknown, 169 for the elliptical, HR monitor was fussy during the run
Some random weights, I cannot do any type of pullup whatsoever and I never have been able to. Should this be a goal?

The only pullups I was ever able to do involved a running jump for the most part. I was swimming competitively at the time, but my lower half is just so heavy. I'm not down about it, it's just a fact.

Good luck with the goal?

i can only do a few pullups. i think it might help my shoulders fill out a little if i could do more.
