for what it's worth, my average HR says 141, but when i left the house it said my HR was 42.
a much better run, i only stopped once at ~21 minutes; i just kept setting new goals (reach that street, finish this song) and let myself go as slow as i wanted, telling myself i could stop any time. did i mention the gigantic hill i have to walk up at the end of every run, with the absolute steepest part right at the end, no exaggeration.

Great work!! I think the little goals help everyone. I know they certainly help me.
