Treadmill: 3.5% incline, 25 minutes, I forget the distance.
Elliptical: 30 minutes
Average HR: 163
A few random weights.
The run started off really bad for about 5 minutes, then got easier. I almost didn't do the last 5 minutes of elliptical but figured, what the hell, it's only 5 minutes.
