Treadmill: 20 minutes, 3.5% incline, 6.1-7.0 mph, 2.17 miles
Elliptical: 30 minutes
Average HR: Well, wouldn't that be nice to know. I think I need to return my HRM, it screwed up for the first 6 minutes, reading twice what it should and then at some point during the workout started reading half what it should. Grrr.
I pushed on the treadmill because the gym was crowded and I knew I would only get the 20 minutes.

That sucks that your HRM is acting up. I find that using mine has really helped me to focus on my HR rather than how much I feel like I'm dying!
Hope you get it figured out soon!
