Treadmill: 30 minutes, first 15 at 3.5% 6.1-6.5 mph, then "cardio" program at 6.5 mph (machine adjusts incline to keep HR at target)
Elliptical: 25 minutes
Average HR: 165
A fairly good workout. Now I am hungry.

i think the cardio program is a good idea for you. at least it sounds like it to me...
