Treadmill: 2.0% incline (20 minutes total; see, i respect the time limit)
4 minutes at 6.5 mph for warmup
alternating minutes at 7.2-8.0mph and 6.0 mph

Elliptical: 25 minutes

Recumbent bike: 5 minutes

Average HR: 154
Seems low, this was the first workout after starting the Rythmol.
