Treadmill:
iTrain set 15, 41 minutes
Gah, this one is still so hard. I thought I could do the upper jogging range but I had to take a short walking break towards the end. On most of the other iTrains, I can do the upper jogging, even a bit over that. Not this one.
Elliptical:
9 minutes
