We took it really slow and stopped to look at views twice along the way so it didn't feel too hard. I've not run outside in a loong time so this was a good way to ease back into it, although I still have a blister on one foot that made the end less enjoyable.

Well, third workout in the new shoes and they started giving me blisters so I stopped running early. The first time I wore them, I only did a short workout. The second time, I had on my expensive new wicking socks, today was my usuals. Humph. Hopefully, they will turn to calluses soon.

Gah, this one is still so hard. I thought I could do the upper jogging range but I had to take a short walking break towards the end. On most of the other iTrains, I can do the upper jogging, even a bit over that. Not this one.
