Treadmill:
iTrain set 13, 40 minutes
Took one small break. Probably overdid it, as I used to be able to do over the top jogging speed and I tried this time to do the top jogging speed, and ended up worn out. J even commented on my strange color after the workout so I may have pushed too hard, too fast.
