This time, I was definitely slacking on the elliptical and had to really pay attention to keep my heart rate up.

Outdoor run: ~5.0 miles, ~45 minutes.
Failing memory might have mistracked the mileage. HR monitor went wacky for ~1 minute so time was stopped.
Average HR: 170, might be skewed high.
This workout was strange; it's not too often that I feel like my lungs/heart can keep up but my legs can't.

Average HR: monitor says 160, that is not correct. Judging by the amount of sweat (a lot) and my perceived effort, it was definitely higher.
